Clark County Fair & Rodeo

CLARK COUNTY FAIR AND RODEO!!!
April 9, 2010

I look forward to this every year!
The RODEO out in Logandale is one of my favorite things!
It is a qualifier for the NFR,
so you have all the BIG Rodeo riders there!
The really cool thing is that you are right there where the action is,
with the dirt kicking up in your face.
Last year we grabbed a couple of grandkids and it made it even more fun.
This year I took off a couple of hours from work
and we went out earlier to spend some time at the fair before the rodeo.

OH YEA, WE ARE SOOOO BRAVE!
PUT OUR HANDS UP IN THE AIR!

OH NO! HANG ON FOR YOUR DEAR LIFE!

WE ARE SO EXCITED AT FIRST!

LIAM WENT TO TOWN ON THIS!

DIESEL WAS A LITTLE SCARED!

Of course, we had a great dinner of fried hot dogs,
fried funnel cakes and fried ice cream!
On our way over to the Rodeo we came across the Small Animal Arena.
We went inside and they were judging the kids with their prized HENS.
There were sheep in pens, pigs, a camel,
and animals I didn't even know what they were.
But the funnest little guy was the monkey who greeted us at the door.
He was just loose on a leash and he would jump on your foot
and ride it as you tapped it on the floor.
It was so entertaining. We could have spent a lot more time there.

ON TO THE RODEO!

MY THREE LITTLE BUCKAROOS!

Diesel, Jackson, and Liam

LET THE GAMES BEGIN!
Or something like that!

Diesel was a little tired by the end of the evening, but he was a trooper.
Mostly, because he knows we go shopping afterwords for swords, guns, or whatever!

At the end of the night we found our own bull to ride!

OUR OWN BULL RIDING

Jackson's getting it!

Liam is a BULL Rider!
